In case of cancellation

No fees with notice at more than 7 days from the date of arrival.
Fees covering a one-night stay will be charged on your credit card in case of cancellation required at less than 7 days the date of arrival.
A longer notice or a deposit could be asked for extended reservations of more than 3 days or for more than one room.
